Governments, public institution and organizations over the years, have, committed themselves to policies and programs to advance women. To support women in strongly man dominated sport industry there a lot of programs and courses created, still according the statistics it hasn’t hit the target yet. New perception is needed, which would from early career days would develop and build confidence involving women in sport management activities alongside man. This needs a lot of effort and education, the change has to be done as early as possible in order to create a healthy workplace culture where women can do their best especially in sport industry. This requires self-awareness and every individual’s willingness to change, the skills which is common to real leaders. This is the work which is needed to build a collaborative culture. Apart the professional environment women require set of appropriate management skills and leadership characteristics necessary for young professional to perform certain tasks in different sport organizations. The direction could be towards encouragement the recognition of informal learning, as a complement to formal education through the acquisition of constructive skills and competences necessary to increase the capabilities and knowledge – new sport leaders, in connection with good governance, sustainable and inclusive growth.
